Key Responsibilities of Pick & Packer:

The picking and packing of their customers’ orders.
Checking accuracy of their customers’ orders.
Counting inventory for cycle counts.
Adhere to our H&S standards and policies, as H&S is extremely important to the Big Chill family.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements for Pick & Packer:

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Good physical fitness, as this role involves lifting and moving heavy items.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Basic computer skills.
Forklift license is an advantage.
