Responsibilities
- Serve food cafeteria style or family style.
- Set the food service counter, steam tables, and dining tables with hot and cold food.
- Prepare coffee, salad, simple sandwiches, and lunch.
- Maintain hygiene of dining, kitchen, and equipment.
- Perform the dishwasher and ensure proper cleaning and hygiene.
- Load the delivery of the food and transfer the supply as needed.
- Provide friendly and humble customer service to all guests.
- Follow the security rules and report any threats or events immediately.
- Follow other related duties awarded by observers.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience
No prior experience is required, but experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
Skills
- The ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong work ethic with morality, reliability, and time.
- Be able to handle many tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Customer service-oriented.
Knowledge:
