Accounting Clerk Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Match purchase orders, receipts, and supplier invoices.
• Make vouchers correctly and assign account codes.
• Keep vendor statements balanced with hotel records.
• Answer questions from suppliers about payments.
• Work through the Check SCM and SUN systems regularly.
• Assist with other finance or admin tasks as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

University degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Experience

1–2 years working in accounts payable or with vendor invoices.

Skills

• Great attention to detail with organized habits.
• Clear communication skills verbal and written.
