Key Responsibilities of Production Workers:

  • Operating machinery and equipment: Running machines and tools used in the production process, ensuring they are used correctly and safely.

  • Assembling products: Putting together components to create finished goods according to specifications.
  • Packing and packaging: Preparing products for shipping by packaging them appropriately, including labeling and ensuring they are ready for distribution.
  • Quality control: Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards and identifying any defects or issues.
  • Following safety protocols: Adhering to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Cleaning and maintenance: Keeping work areas clean and organized, and performing basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
  • Collaborating with team members: Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient production processes and meet production targets.
  • Adhering to production schedules: Following production schedules and timelines to ensure products are completed on time.
  • Reporting: Reporting any issues, malfunctions, or concerns to supervisors or managers.
  • Following company policies: Abiding by company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities of Production Workers:

  • No formal qualifications required.
  • Previous experience in a production environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Timber workers.
  • Forklift operators (current forklift license required)
  • Production Workers
  • 38 hours per week, must have own transport.
  • Nightshift and dayshift available
  • Live locally to Oberon, Bathurst, Lithgow & surrounding areas.
