- Fix blocked pipes, dripping taps, or leaking toilets.
- Handle basic maintenance around the hotel, not just plumbing.
- Help with preventive checks on equipment.
- Use tools safely and know when to call in help.
- Respond quickly to guest room issues.
- Keep track of parts and request supplies if running low.
- Stick to safety rules and follow daily task handovers.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
High school certificate or equivalent. Vocational training in plumbing is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in building, facility, or hotel maintenance preferred.
Skills
- Comfortable using hand tools and small machines.
- Understands basic technical drawings.
- Can communicate clearly and work without being told twice.
- Pays attention to safety.
- Can lift, move, and carry equipment.
- Handles time well and works clean.
Knowledge
- Plumbing systems and fixtures
