A global organization is looking for a Senior FP and A Manager to join their team in a standalone role that sits at the intersection of corporate finance and high-impact transactions. This isn’t a traditional FP and A position it’s designed for someone with an investment banking or private investment background who thrives on complex financial analysis, M and A work, and executive-level strategy. Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, you’ll be responsible for building advanced financial models, supporting valuations, analyzing capital structure, and preparing investor-ready materials. About the Opportunity
This role blends the analytical rigor of investment banking with the strategic depth of corporate FP&A. You’ll work on initiatives that matter valuations, mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, and investor communications alongside external advisors like investment banks, valuation firms, and Big 4 partners. It’s a position that demands discretion, sharp modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex numbers into clear insights for senior stakeholders. Based onsite with a schedule that respects work-life balance (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm), this role offers great compensation, three weeks of vacation, and the chance to operate independently in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance, M and A and Executive Reporting

Build and maintain advanced financial models, including valuations, scenario analysis, and transaction simulations to support strategic decision-making.

Lead financial workstreams for M and A activity, including acquisition analysis, carve-outs, and assessing transaction impacts.

Support capital structure initiatives, refinancing efforts, and other high-priority strategic projects.

Partner with investment banks, valuation firms, and Big 4 advisors to support due diligence and data room preparation.

Analyze multi-entity financial performance across P and L, cash flow, and working capital to identify trends and opportunities.

Prepare investor- and executive-ready materials, including valuation summaries, Board presentations, and communication decks.

Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

Drive ad-hoc strategic projects, delivering time-sensitive analysis to support evolving business priorities.
Qualifications and Experience
This role is built for a seasoned finance professional with deep transaction experience and the ability to operate independently at the highest levels.
Essential Requirements:

CPA designation is required.

Minimum 7+ years of progressive senior finance experience.

2–3+ years of direct M and A experience, ideally within investment banking, private investment, transaction advisory services, or a similar high-intensity environment.

Strong background in financial modeling, valuations, and transaction analysis you know how to build models that stand up to scrutiny.

Proven experience preparing executive and investor-facing materials, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint proficiency.

Experience working collaboratively with external advisors, including investment banks, consultants, and auditors.

Comfortable operating independently in a confidential, fast-paced environment where discretion is paramount.
