MC Driver Linfox

Linfox is currently demanding experienced and security-centered MC drivers to involve their mining operations in Emerald, Queensland. This full -time position involves the delivery of general and mine goods for customer mines in the southern Bowen pool. While working from Monday to Friday from 07:00, drivers will ensure that safe goods transport, loading/unloading of operations and extraordinary customer service. The role is ideal for individuals who are emotional about differential, safety and differences in Australia’s supply chain.

Job Title

MC Driver – Mining Services (Emerald, Queensland).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Linfox safety standards and Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements.
• Transport general and mining freight to customer mine sites in the southern Bowen Basin.
• Operate forklifts to load and unload trailers at the Emerald terminal.
• Securely restrain freight using dogs and chains, straps, and binders.

• Provide high-quality customer service and professionally represent Linfox on-site.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Forklift license is essential.
• MC (Multi Combination) license preferred; HC (Heavy Combination) license may be considered with a view to upgrade.

• Strong focus on safety and compliance.
• Effective load restraint techniques using dogs, chains, straps, and binders.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge

Sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility (COR), NHVR fatigue laws, and general road transport regulations.
