Responsibilities

• Help install solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems.
• Lift and transport solar equipment, racks, and panels.
• Assist tradesmen with measuring, drilling, and fastening gear.
• Use power tools and follow directions from site supervisors.
• Clean up work locations, prep tools, and keep everything orderly.
• Stick to all safety standards, especially when operating at heights.
• Prepare work locations by placing supplies or clearing debris.
• Report difficulties or risks to your lead hand or foreman.
• Make sure all tools and panels are neatly put away at the conclusion of the shift.
• Work in teams to complete daily installation goals.
• Follow all WHS procedures and job site protocols.
• Support the electrical crew with basic manual tasks when needed.
• Help set up ladders, scaffolding, and harness gear.

Experience
