Key Responsibilities
As the Polish Language Marketer and Unit Leader, you’ll take ownership of marketing strategy and execution for the Polish market, working alongside one other Polish marketer to drive growth and engagement.

• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Reddit Ads, and other native paid channels.

• Develop and execute strategies for Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, and native Polish platforms.

• Build relationships through sponsorships, collaborations, and content integrations.

•  Drive SEO and organic marketing efforts to increase visibility and engagement.

• Execute both mass and niche marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships.

•  Use Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and other tools to track performance and inform decisions.

• Translate English content into Polish, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.

• Set KPIs and lead initiatives to continuously improve the Polish market’s performance.

Who We’re Looking For
ZenGroup is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Native Polish proficiency.

• Business-level English (written and spoken).

• Digital marketing experience across PPC, SEO, influencer marketing, SNS, email, or related areas.

• Management experience, including leading team-wide projects and setting KPIs.

Preferred Skills:

• 1+ years of corporate or team-based experience.

• Japanese language skills (JLPT N3 or higher).

• Web editing experience (HTML, CSS, copywriting, etc.).

• Data analysis experience with tools like PowerBI or Tableau.

• Coding experience (Python, JavaScript, etc.).

• Department: ZenMarket Division, ZenMarketing Team (Polish Unit: 1 Unit Leader + 1 Polish Marketer)

• Contract Type: Permanent employee (full-time)

Working Hours and Location

• 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM (8 working hours / 1 hour break)

•  Start work anytime between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, with up to 2 hours of break time per day.

• Standard working hours apply during the initial 2-month training period.

• Osaka Sakaisuji L Tower, 1 Chome-7-7 Kawaramachi, Chuo, Osaka (on-site)

•  6-minute walk from Sakaisuji Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro Chuo Line

Compensation and Benefits

• From ¥300,000 (negotiable based on experience and ability)

• Management Allowance: ¥30,000 per month

• Estimated First-Year Salary: ¥4.0M–¥4.6M

• Twice yearly (June and December)

• Once annually

• 3 months (salary unchanged)

• Paid by the minute

•  Up to ¥30,000 per month

Days Off and Vacation Leave

•  5 days (Saturday and Sunday off)

• New Year Holiday: 4 days

• 26 days in the first year, increasing annually (usage rate exceeded 80% in 2024)

• Congratulatory and condolence leave, maternity/paternity leave, child care leave, personal day leave

• Work is required on national holidays (excluding New Year holiday)
