Responsibilities
- Drive guests safely around the resort using a buggy.
- When they arrive and when they leave, people greet people – the first and last impression.
- When unsafe, you can help guests with directions or quick questions.
- Keep the lobby area and front buggy area running smoothly.
- Assist with luggage if needed — nothing heavy, just a helping hand.
- Make sure the buggy is always clean and ready to go.
- Stay in touch with front office if anything needs to be passed on.
Requirements and Qualifications
License
No UAE license needed for this role, but you should be comfortable handling a small electric buggy.
Experience
If you’ve worked in hospitality or customer service before, even just for a year or so, it helps. Not a strict rule though.
Education
High school diploma is preferred, but not a deal-breaker.
Attitude & Personality
You’ve got to be polite, patient, and enjoy talking to people from different places. Punctuality and tidiness matter too.
