• Monthly salaries ranging from ¥210,000 to ¥240,000, with transportation costs reimbursed up to ¥30,000 per month. Daily salary options also available for part-time roles.

• Work weekdays (Monday-Friday) between 7:45 AM and 6:00 PM, enjoying free evenings, weekends, holidays, and school vacations.

•  Teach in public elementary and junior high schools (with kindergarten and senior high opportunities in select areas), helping students develop English communication skills and cultural awareness.

 Qualifications and Experience
Borderlink welcomes applicants from around the world who are passionate about teaching and ready for an adventure.

Essential Requirements for Visa Sponsorship (Overseas or Domestic):

• A bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university.

• 12 years of education where English was the main medium of instruction for all classes (e.g., attending a bilingual school or living abroad). This is necessary for visa eligibility.

For Applicants Already in Japan:

• If you hold a valid resident or working visa, you may be eligible for positions starting sooner, including limited openings in the current school year.

Highly Preferred (Priority Consideration):

• Prior teaching experience with young learners, especially experience in Japan.

• An ESL-related certificate (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, etc.).

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive in Japan (for driving positions).

• Conversational Japanese speaking and listening skills.
