Responsibilities

• Harvest apples efficiently to quality standards.
• Meet daily bin quotas based on fruit type and area.
• Remove defective fruit during thinning season (Nov–Dec).
• Operate outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Maintain consistent pace in physical tasks such as picking, strapping, and stacking.
• Follow health and safety procedures and work instructions.
  Participate in packhouse activities include grading and packaging apples.
• Maintain orchard cleanliness and report complaints to supervisors.
