Location & Work Type

• Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off FIFO from Perth, WA
• Site Locations: Goldfields and Pilbara regions (iron ore and lithium mines)
• Work Type: Full-time, on-site (no remote work option)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate D10 and/or D11 dozers in active mining areas to support lithium and iron ore extraction.
• Perform pre-start and post-shift inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety.
• Work collaboratively with mining teams to achieve production goals in a timely and efficient manner.
• Uphold strict safety procedures and environmental standards, following MinRes protocols at all times.
• Report equipment issues and complete operational logs or performance documentation as required.
• Attend and contribute to daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Support site compliance with sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating D10 and/or D11 dozers in a production mining setting.
• Valid C Class Australian Driver’s License.
• Ability to provide a National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months).
• Capability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
• Full working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency).
• Strong safety mindset, with a demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively in high-risk environments.
• Willingness to adhere to a FIFO schedule and remain flexible with site requirements.
