Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the Banking and Finance team, you will:

  • Advise lenders and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including corporate lending, acquisition finance, and project finance.

  • Work on complex matters such as infrastructure finance, vessel finance, mezzanine finance, structured finance, and real estate finance.

  • Support publicly traded companies with debt finance and debt capital market matters, including public and private debt offerings, medium-term note programs, and bank regulatory capital.

  • Assist with liability management transactions and consensual restructuring matters.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s global network to deliver seamless, client-focused solutions.

  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior associates as part of the firm’s commitment to professional development.

 Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in banking and finance law, combined with the drive and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative practice.

Essential Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of post-call experience in banking and finance law, with exposure to the types of matters outlined above.

  • Excellent academic credentials, demonstrating a strong understanding of legal principles and commercial realities.

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically about client needs and transaction structures.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
